Cancellation / Returns Policy | Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return the products you purchased in the following cases:
a) If you received a product that was damaged during transportation.
If the contents have been damaged, you are required to keep the packaging in exactly the same condition as received, along with all internal packaging materials (e.g. bubble wrap, foam), in order to deliver them to the courier company for inspection.
You must also provide all accompanying documents (such as the purchase receipt).
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in non-acceptance of compensation or replacement on our part.
b) You have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, returning it in its original condition.
You will not be charged any costs, except for the return shipping costs.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request, unless we have not yet received the returned products or proof of their return.
Shipping costs are not included in the refunded amount.
In all cases, prior communication with us is required, and the product must be in its original, sealed packaging and unused.
Once we receive the product, we will immediately refund its value to the bank account you provide.
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs to:
